I live in Dar Es Salaam, the main city in Tanzania. It's the center and the heart of the country. Every bussines is done there and the hope of every citizen.   It is beautiful and everyone loves it.The coast and the beaches are the best.It is along the Indian Ocean.
My country has many tourists attractions. There are National Parks, the main ones being Ngorongoro,Manyara,Serengeti and Mikumi plus several Game Reserves. There is also Mount Kilimanjaro which is the second highest mountain in the World. Also,we have Lake Victoria which is the widest in Africa and Lake Tanganyika the deepest.Including many others.
The attractive buildings are mainly found in Bagamoyo,Kaole,Zanzibar showing the roughts of slave trade and other activities done during colonization.
Actualy Tanzania has so many tourists attractions it is hard to put all of them down. The animals, birds beautiful landscape and most important the hospitality of the citizens.
Kiswahili is the National Language then followed buy native languages. We also speak English as a second Language.I speak mainly Kiswahili and English.
In Tanzania there is a freedom to worship. So everybody worships in any religion regardless the Country Laws are kept. Most people prefers the Christmas and the New years.During these
times people go to their home villages and do tradional cellebrations.Other festivals are traditional festivals. In these festivals,it is either
harvesting period, marriage, circumcision of boys or spiritual virtuals. It is always funny and wonderful attending these festivals.
Our culture depends on the tribes.Every tribe has its own
culture but there mostly common in others. So I would take
anyone visiting my country to many places. The Masai lands,
Usambara, coast area, Tabora,  Mara Region and other places whenever possible.
For fun mostly people go to the beach, movies, disco or visiting friends and family. Also people love to party. Parties are organised nearly in every weekends plus concerts are most common.
The most popular sports are Football and Basketball. These are the most popular because they are the ones which people like most and supported too.Other sports are supported though.
People eat and cook traditionaly.A girl learns how to cook from the time she becomes a teenager.Other cooking is learned in school.
My favourate tradition food is any food cooked from bananas.
My childhood was splendid comparing to my adulthood. The best thing about childhood is that you don't get responsible for most things.
In my area we used to have many games we played under parental support. For example we had the family game in which a girl plays the mother and a boy the father. It was fun we could ask things from home like clothes and cooking utensils. In that way we could learn house works
quickly.I loved it.
I think that some  people think that Tanzania is good and beautiful but others think it is boring
and hard to make a living.Well I think that it's the most amazing country. The good nature of the people and the peace is incredible. But I don't deny any of the accusations it is the matter of how one sees things different from the other.

What makes me more proud of my country is the peace there is.It is hard to find peaceful countries these days. But Tanzania has managed to restore it. Also the kind hearts of the people. There is not any kind of discrimination being racial or gender. We believe that all people are equal as God made them.

If there's one thing you would like people to know about my culture it would be that Tanzania as a whole respects its nature. Being festivals, ways of dressing, foods and most importantly how to please our guests. I would invite everyone to visit Tanzania someday, being a friend or not your all welcome.
